Parofen

Form: Tablets.

Active Ingredients:
• Ibuprofen – 400 mg (NSAID with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects).
• Paracetamol – 325 mg (pain reliever and fever reducer).

Pharmacological Action:
• Relieves headaches, including migraines.
• Alleviates muscle, joint, and dental pain.
• Reduces inflammation and fever.

Indications:
• Migraine and headaches.
• Muscle and joint pain (arthritis, myalgia).
• Toothache.
• Cold and flu-related pain and fever.

Dosage and Administration:
• Adults: 1 tablet 2–3 times a day after meals with plenty of water.
• Maximum daily dose – 3 tablets (do not exceed without medical advice).

Contraindications:
• Peptic ulcer disease (active phase).
• Severe liver or kidney disorders.
• Pregnancy (especially the 3rd trimester) and breastfeeding.
• Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or paracetamol.

Side Effects:
• Gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, heartburn, stomach pain).
• Allergic reactions (rash, itching).
• Dizziness, weakness.
