Each 5 ml of suspension contains:
Cloperastine hydrochloride 20 mg
Properties:
Cloperastine is an antitussive drug with predominantly central action; it consists of selective inhibition of the cough nerve center, without suppression of the respiratory centers.
By inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators and having a muscle relaxant and antiserotonin effect, cloperastine has a sedative effect on the peripheral nervous system, which supports cough stimuli.
Indications:
Acute or chronic non-productive cough of various etiologies.
Method of administration and dosage:
Adults:
5 ml of suspension 3 times a day.
Children:
2-4 years: 2 ml 2 times a day.
4-7 years 3 ml 2 times a day.
7-15 years old: 5 ml 2 times a day.
Contraindications:
hypersensitivity to cloperastatin and other components of the drug.
Side effects:
Rare cases of mild gastrointestinal disturbances.
Storage method:
At a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees.
