Guaiphenazine 225 mg
Oxomemazine hydrochloride 5 mg
Auxiliary components:
Avicel, crospovidone, calcium phosphate dibasic, talc, magnesium stearate, ethanol.
Properties:
Carbocisteine is a mucolytic and expectorant drug. The mucolytic and expectorant effect is due to the activation of sialic transferase, an enzyme of goblet cells of the bronchial mucosa. Normalizes the quantitative ratio of acidic and neutral sialomucins of bronchial secretions. Reduces the viscosity of bronchial secretions and secretions from the paranasal sinuses, facilitates the discharge of sputum and mucus, reduces cough. Promotes the regeneration of the mucous membrane, normalizes its structure, activates the activity of the ciliated epithelium. Restores the secretion of immunoglobulin IgA (specific protection) and the number of sulfhydryl groups of mucus components (non-specific protection), improves mucociliary clearance.
Guaiphenazine – increases the activity of the ciliated epithelium, increases the secretion of liquid components of bronchial mucus due to the depolymerization of acidic polysaccharides. Increases the volume of sputum, reducing its viscosity and facilitating its evacuation from the respiratory tract.
Oxomemazine is an H1 antihistamine. It is intended to relieve allergic cough.
Indications:
– acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases accompanied by the formation of viscous, difficult to separate sputum (tracheitis, bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis);
