Diiodohydroxyquinoline 200 mg

Phthalylsulfathiazole 200 mg

Streptomycin sulfate 100 mg

Homatropine methyl bromide 2.5 mg

Properties:

Diiodohydroxyquinoline is an antiseptic used to treat intestinal infections and amoebic dysentery.

Phthalylsulfathiazole is an antibacterial agent, a sulfanilamide derivative. It has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial action.

Streptomycin sulfate is a broad-spectrum antibiotic from the aminoglycoside group.

Homatropine methyl bromide has an antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the intestine.

Indications:

Amebic dysentery, chronic carriage of an amoebic infection.

Shigellous dysentery.

Diarrhea accompanied by intestinal colic.

Method of administration and dosage:

1-2 tablets 1-3 times a day, unless otherwise prescribed.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug

Hypersensitivity to sulfonamides, iodine.

Impaired liver and kidney function.

Increased intraocular pressure.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Pregnancy.

Old age.

Children under 2 years old.

Thyroid diseases.

Neurological disorders.

Precautions:

The possibility of blurred vision should be taken into account when driving a vehicle.

Side effects:

Skin rash, perianal itching, exfoliative dermatitis, vertigo, headache, thyroid enlargement, insomnia.

Storage method:

At a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees.
