Properties:
A combination drug of plant origin. The pharmacological properties are determined by the biologically active substances included in the drug.
Sinupret has a secretolytic, secretomotor, anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, moderate antibacterial and antiviral effect. It promotes the outflow of exudate from the paranasal sinuses and upper respiratory tract, preventing the development of complications.
Indications:
Acute and chronic sinusitis accompanied by the formation of viscous secretion, other infectious diseases of the upper respiratory tract. Adjuvant therapy when taking antibiotics.
Method of administration and dosage:
The drug is taken orally, without chewing, with a small amount of water.
Adults – 2 tablets 3 times a day, school-age children – 1 tablet 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 7-14 days.
If symptoms persist for more than 7-14 days or recur periodically, the patient should consult a doctor.
Contraindications:
Lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, galactose intolerance, sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance (due to the content of lactose monohydrate, glucose syrup and sucrose in the preparation);
Children under 6 years of age (due to insufficient clinical data);
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Precautions:
The use of Sinupret during pregnancy is possible only as prescribed by a doctor.
The drug is not recommended for use during breastfeeding (due to the lack of experience of clinical use).
Note for diabetics: The digestible carbohydrates contained in one tablet are approximately 0.01 bread units (BU).
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery:
The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving vehicles, working with moving mechanisms).
Side effects:
Possible: allergic reactions (skin rash, redness of the skin, itching, angioedema, shortness of breath), gastrointestinal disorders (pain in the epigastric region, nausea).
If side effects occur, stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Storage method:
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees.

The cardboard pack contains 2 blisters of 25 tablets and paper instructions.
