Compound:

Each tablet contains:

Paracetamol 500 mg

Caffeine 25 mg

Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg

Auxiliary components:

Starch, povidone, potassium sorbate, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid, talc and microcrystalline cellulose.

Properties:

A combination drug. Eliminates symptoms of colds, has antipyretic, psychostimulant and analgesic properties; causes constriction of nasal vessels, eliminates swelling of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx.

Onset of action – after 20-30 minutes, duration – 4-4.5 hours.

Indications:

Colds, flu, acute respiratory viral infections.

Method of administration and dosage:

Adults:

Take 1-2 tablets 4 times a day.

Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity; concomitant use of tricyclic antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, beta-blockers; pregnancy, lactation; childhood (under 6 years).

Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with impaired liver and kidney function, with benign hyperbilirubinemia, and in elderly patients. With prolonged use of paracetamol, it is necessary to monitor the peripheral blood picture and the functional state of the liver.

Side effects:

From the digestive system: rarely – dyspeptic phenomena, with prolonged use in high doses – hepatotoxic effect.

From the hematopoietic system: rarely – thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, pancytopenia, neutropenia, agranulocytosis.

Allergic reactions: rarely – skin rash, itching, urticaria.

Storage method:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 degrees.
