Milga also alleviates pain associated with these diseases due to its analgesic and antiallergic effects, the drug improves blood circulation. Benfotiamine is a lipid-soluble form of thiamine (vitamin B1), it is also prescribed as an antineuritic vitamin. In its phosphorylated form (TPP) as a carboxylase, it regulates the destruction of carbohydrates and is used against acidotic metabolism. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) regulates protein metabolism, the breakdown of fats and carbohydrates. Its neurotropic effect is used, for example, in isonicotinic acid hydrazide in the treatment of neuritis. Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is very important for cellular metabolism, normal hematopoiesis and the functioning of the nervous system. It catalyzes the biological synthesis of nucleic acids, and therefore the construction of new cell nuclei.
