Each lozenge contains:

lysozyme hydrochloride 10 mg

dequalinium chloride 0.25 mg.

Properties:

Anti-inflammatory, mucolytic, antiviral, antimicrobial. Combined antiseptic for local use. The action of the drug is due to the components included in its composition.

Lysozyme is a protein enzyme used as an antiseptic due to its direct effect on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi and viruses; it participates in the regulation of local non-specific immunity.
Dequalinium chloride: when applied locally, it is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, fungi, and viruses. It has anti-inflammatory and hemostatic effects.

Indications:

Bacterial and fungal infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity, pharynx and larynx (stomatitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis, sore throat, thrush, etc.); before and after dental and ENT surgeries.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, chicken protein.
Hereditary lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose/galactose malabsorption syndrome;
Children under 3 years of age.

Precautions:

When using the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding, consultation with a doctor is required.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: angioedema (Quincke’s edema), urticaria, bronchospasm, very rarely – erythema multiforme exudative.

Method of administration and dosage:

Orally, 30 minutes before meals, 1 tablet (keep in mouth or under tongue until completely dissolved) every 2-3 hours; refrain from eating or drinking for 30 minutes after taking the tablet. Do not swallow whole.

Storage method:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees out of reach of children.

Package:

The cardboard box contains 2 blisters of 10 tablets each and paper instructions.
