Every 100 g of cream contains:

Terbinafine hydrochloride 1 g.

Properties:

Terbinafine has a broad spectrum of antifungal activity, fungicidal action against dermatophytes, mold and some dimorphic fungi. Its action leads to the death of fungal cells, provides long-term protection.

Indications:

Treatment of athlete’s foot and large body folds (jock itch).

Method of administration and dosage:

Adults and children over 16 years of age Lamifen 1% cream should be regularly applied in a thin layer to the affected skin and around it and lightly rubbed in once a day. The duration of treatment is 1 week for athlete’s foot and large body folds. The affected area should be thoroughly washed and dried before application. In case of interdigital and groin infections, the application can be covered with a gauze pad, especially at night. Relief of symptoms usually occurs within a few days. If there is no sign of improvement after 2 weeks, the diagnosis should be verified by a doctor.

Contraindications:

Children under 16 years of age; hypersensitivity to terbinafine or any component of the cream; pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:

The cream is for external use only. Do not drink alcohol during treatment. Do not use on the face, avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse eyes thoroughly with running water.

Side effects:

Itching, peeling of the skin, pain and irritation at the site of application, pigmentation disorders, burning sensation of the skin, erythema and scabs. Hypersensitivity reactions: itching, rash and urticaria.

Storage method:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees, out of reach of children.
