Properties:
The drug is of plant origin, normalizes metabolism in cells, rheological properties of blood and microcirculation.
Improves cerebral circulation and supply of oxygen and glucose to the brain. It has a regulating effect on the vascular system, dilates small arteries, increases the tone of the veins, thereby regulating blood filling of the vessels. Reduces the permeability of the vascular wall (anti-edematous effect – both at the level of the brain and at the periphery), has an antithrombotic effect.
It has an antihypoxic effect, improves metabolism in organs and tissues, helps to increase the utilization of oxygen and glucose, and normalizes mediator processes in the central nervous system.
Due to ginseng, it also has an adaptogenic and tonic effect.

Directions for use and dosage:
1 capsule three times daily or as directed by a physician.
It is better to take the last capsule before 16 hours to avoid sleep problems due to the presence of ginseng in the composition.
Contraindications:

Together with anticoagulants.
Concomitant use with phenelzine, as it can cause headache, tremor and dizziness.

Common side effects include insomnia, epistaxis, headache, allergic reactions, nervousness, nausea and vomiting.
