Each enteric-coated tablet contains:
Acetylsalicylic acid 75 mg.
Properties:
Ezacard is a salicylate NSAID with blood thinning properties.
Indications:
Ischemic stroke, acute myocardial infarction, prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction, unstable angina and chronic stable angina. Reduction of the risk of death in patients with ischemic stroke; with chronic stable angina. The following procedures: coronary artery bypass grafting, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and carotid endarterectomy.
Method of administration and dosage:
Orally, the tablet should be swallowed whole. Secondary prevention of thrombotic cerebrovascular or cardiovascular diseases: 75-300 mg per day. For angina pectoris: 75-150 mg per day.
Contraindications:
Children under 12 years of age; hypersensitivity to NSAIDs; peptic ulcer; pregnancy and breastfeeding; hemophilia and other blood clotting disorders.
Precautions:
Aspirin may prolong labor and increase premature bleeding when used during the last trimester of pregnancy. Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases (especially elderly patients), in cases of asthma strictly under the supervision of a doctor. Do not drink alcohol during treatment.
Side effects:
The tablets do not cause stomach irritation.
May occur: bronchospasm, gastrointestinal hemorrhage (sometimes extensive) and other hemorrhages.
Storage method:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees out of reach of children.
