Composition:
Each tablet contains:

Desloratadine 5 mg.
Excipients: dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, talc, lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol 400, indigotine (E132) carnauba and white wax.

Properties:
Aerius is a second-generation long-acting non-sedative antihistamine. Prevents the development and alleviates the course of allergic reactions, has antipruritic and antiexudative effects, reduces capillary permeability, prevents the development of tissue edema, smooth muscle spasm. Does not affect the central nervous system, does not cause drowsiness.

Indications:
Elimination of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis; symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis; in chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Method of administration and dosage:
Orally, tablets should be swallowed whole, taken with water, regardless of food intake. For adults and adolescents from 12 years of age, the recommended dose is 1 tablet of 5 mg per day. For adult patients with impaired liver or kidney function, the recommended initial dose is 1 tablet of 5 mg every other day.

Contraindications:
Children under 12 years of age; hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug, loratadine; pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:
If a hypersensitivity reaction occurs, including rash, itching, urticaria, edema, shortness of breath and anaphylaxis, after using desloratadine, therapy should be discontinued and alternative treatment should be considered. Use with caution in patients with impaired renal function. Alcohol should not be consumed during treatment.

Side effects:
Headache, dizziness, insomnia, hallucinations, hepatitis, dry mouth, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, tachycardia, myalgia, fatigue, fever, itching, rash, urticaria.

Storage method:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees in a place protected from moisture and inaccessible to children.

Packaging:
A cardboard box contains 2 blisters of 10 tablets each, paper instructions.
