Properties:

Pancreatin is an enzyme that hydrolyzes fats to glycerol and fatty acids, proteins to peptides, proteoses and other derivatives, starch to dextrins and sugars.

Papain is a mixture of the proteolytic enzymes papain and chymopapain, which hydrolyze polypeptides, amides and esters into simple amino acids.

Indications:

Treatment of dyspepsia.

Insufficiency of the exocrine function of the pancreas (chronic pancreatitis, cystic fibrosis).

Method of administration and dosage:

1 tablet 3 times daily during meals or as directed by a doctor.

The tablet should be swallowed whole.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

Precautions:

Avoid high doses in patients with cystic fibrosis.

Side effects:

Hypersensitivity reactions, gastrointestinal reactions: nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, irritation of the mouth and rectum, especially in pediatric practice.

Storage method:

At a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees in a dry place.
