Each tablet contains:
Desloratadine – 5 mg.
Auxiliary components: dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate, peach opadry.
Properties:
Delarex is a second-generation long-acting non-sedating antihistamine. Prevents the development and facilitates the course of allergic reactions, has antipruritic and antiexudative effects, reduces capillary permeability, prevents the development of tissue edema and smooth muscle spasm. Does not affect the central nervous system and does not cause drowsiness.
Indications:
Elimination of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis; symptoms of year-round allergic rhinitis; for chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Directions for use and dosage:
Inside, tablets are taken with or without water, regardless of meals. For adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, the recommended dose is 1 tablet of 5 mg per day. For adult patients with impaired liver or kidney function, the recommended initial dose is 1 tablet of 5 mg every other day.
Contraindications:
Children under 12 years old; hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug, loratadine; pregnancy and lactation.
Precautionary measures:
For hypersensitivity reactions, including rash, pruritus, urticaria, swelling, dyspnea, and anaphylaxis, following use of desloratadine, therapy should be discontinued and alternative treatment considered.
Side effects:
Headache, dizziness, insomnia, hallucinations, hepatitis, dry mouth, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, tachycardia, myalgia, fatigue, fever, itching, rash, urticaria.
Storage method:
Store at a temperature no higher than 30 degrees out of the reach of children.
