Properties:

Cobal F is a combination drug containing mecobalamin, a water-soluble vitamin B12, which is a coenzyme form involved in the conversion of homocysteine ​​to methionine.

Folic acid is a B vitamin (vitamin Bc, B9). In the body, folic acid is reduced to tetrahydrofolic acid, which is a coenzyme involved in various metabolic processes.

Indications:

In obstetric practice – prevention of early miscarriages, neural tube defects in the fetus, and low birth weight; in pregnant women – prevention of preeclampsia and premature placental abruption, hyperhomocysteinemia associated with an increased risk of congenital heart defects.
