Properties:
Bi-Profenid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic, antipyretic agent of central and peripheral action, associated with the suppression of the activity of cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), which regulate the synthesis of prostaglandins
Indications:
Long-term symptomatic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, painful and disabling arthrosis; pronounced symptomatic treatment of acute attacks: abarticular rheumatism (scapulohumeral periarthritis, tendinitis, bursitis), microcrystalline arthritis, arthrosis. Radiculitis, benign post-traumatic lesions of the musculoskeletal system; treatment of migraine with or without aura.
Method of administration and dosage:
Orally, the tablets should be swallowed during meals with a large amount of water. Adults and children over 15 years of age: rheumatoid arthritis – 150 mg per day, 1 tablet, or 2 doses of half a tablet.
Short-term symptomatic treatment of acute attacks: 300 mg per day (2 tablets of 150 mg in 2 doses).
Treatment of migraine attacks: at the first signs of an attack. Initial dose: 75 mg (1/2 tablet). Effectiveness occurs within 2 hours after taking the drug. If a dose of 75 mg is ineffective, 150 mg can be taken during the reception with an interval between doses of at least 12 hours. DO NOT EXCEED A DOSE OF 300 mg / day.

Contraindications:
Children under 15 years of age; hypersensitivity to ketoprofen, aspirin or in case of additional diseases; gastrointestinal or other hemorrhages; gastric or intestinal ulcer; severe cardiac, hepatic and renal failure; pregnancy and lactation.
Precautionary measures.
In case of renal failure and elderly patients, the dosage is adjusted by the doctor.
Side effects:
Headaches, dizziness, drowsiness, seizures and mood disorders; vertigo; tachycardia/bradycardia, hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure; asthma attacks or bronchospasm; photosensitivity, alopecia; visual disturbances, tinnitus; nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, gastrointestinal discomfort and abdominal pain, gastritis, stomatitis; colitis; hepatitis; peptic ulcer, gastric bleeding and intestinal perforation; fluid retention, edema; rash, itching, urticaria, angioedema.
Storage method:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees in a dry place, out of reach of children.
