Andagra is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping to achieve and maintain an erection. Andagra belongs to the class of medicines known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.

Indications
• Erectile dysfunction (inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual activity).

Dosage & Administration
• The usual recommended dose is 50 mg, taken about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity.
• Depending on effectiveness and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg.
• Do not exceed one dose per day.
• The effect may last for up to 4–6 hours.

Precautions
• Not suitable for men with severe cardiovascular disorders, recent heart attack or stroke.
• Contraindicated with nitrate medications (risk of severe drop in blood pressure).
• Caution in patients with liver or kidney impairment.
• Not indicated for use in women or children.

• Headache, flushing, dizziness
• Indigestion, nasal congestion
• Visual disturbances (blurred vision, changes in color perception)
• Rare: prolonged erection (priapism), which requires immediate medical attention
