Each tablet contains:
Trypsin 5 mg
Chymotrypsin 5 mg (equivalent to 200,000 proteolytic units).
Properties:
Ambezim-G contains trypsin and chymotrypsin – pancreatic enzymes, which in this drug are presented in a form and dosage that are optimally absorbed in the intestine.
Ambezim-G reduces the severity of inflammation and pain, relieves swelling, dissolves inflammatory exudate and promotes the penetration of antibacterial agents into the affected area.
Ambezim-G is necessary for infectious and post-traumatic conditions in the presence of a local inflammatory reaction to speed up the healing process and reduce the likelihood of fibrosis and adhesions.
Indications:
Resorption of post-traumatic and post-operative edema and exudates.
The drug is indicated as an additional remedy for:
Phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, bedsores.
Sinusitis, otitis, prevention of adhesions.
Trauma and bleeding in ophthalmology.
Episiotomy, perineal tears after childbirth.
In gynecological practice: inflammatory processes with a tendency to form fibrosis and adhesions.
Method of administration and dosage:
2 tablets 4 times a day – three times 1 hour before meals and one more time before bedtime. In some cases, the dose may be increased. The dose for children is selected based on age, weight and condition.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug
Severe course of an infectious process (tuberculosis, septicemia).
Blood clotting disorder, hemorrhagic diathesis.
Precautions:
Proteolytic enzymes can cause allergic reactions, including anaphylactic shock.
In case of bacterial infection, necessary antibacterial agents should be prescribed.
Safety of use during pregnancy has not been confirmed.
Proteolytic enzymes can accelerate the resorption of sutures made from animal-based materials.
Side effects:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, albuminuria, hematuria, hemorrhagic diathesis.

Store at room temperature not exceeding 25 degrees.
