Compound:

Each tablet contains:

Mosapride citrate 5 mg

Auxiliary components:

Lactose, starch, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, mannitol, sodium chloride, croscarmellose, povidone aspartame, magnesium stearate, tutti-frutti flavor.

Properties:

A drug that increases the tone and motility of the gastrointestinal tract, a benzamide derivative. It has the properties of a serotonin 5-HT4 receptor agonist.

Indications:

Gastroesophageal reflux.

Dyspeptic symptoms in chronic gastritis.

The drug is indicated for use before X-ray examination using barium.

Method of administration and dosage:

For dyspeptic symptoms:

1 tablet 3 times a day before or after meals.

Before the X-ray examination:

4 tablets are taken together with the prescribed bowel cleansing drug and another 4 tablets are taken after the completion of the cleansing stage, washed down with a small amount of water.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:

Use with caution in combination with NSAIDs, histamine H2-receptor blockers, cholinergics and anticholinergics.

Side effects:

Diarrhea, dry mouth, abdominal pain, tachycardia, weakness, dizziness, impaired consciousness, eosinophilia, increased levels of triglycerides, ALT, AST, GGT.

Storage method:

At a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees.
