Each suppository contains:

Glycerin 0.7 g

Auxiliary components:

Gelatin, purified water.

Properties:

A laxative, softens and lubricates hardened fecal matter, facilitates its passage through the large intestine, has an irritating effect on the intestinal mucosa, reflexively stimulating motility.

Indications:

Symptomatic treatment of constipation of various etiologies.

Method of administration and dosage:

Rectally, 15-20 minutes after eating.

Children under 3 years of age – 1 suppository (0.7 g) 1 time per day.

The duration of use should not exceed 7 days. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor individually for each patient, taking into account the characteristics of the disease, tolerance of the drug and the achieved therapeutic effect.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, intestinal obstruction, hemorrhoids in the acute stage, inflammatory diseases and tumors of the rectum, undiagnosed abdominal pain.

Precautions:

Systematic use is not recommended. Treatment is stopped after normal intestinal peristalsis is restored. Do not lubricate suppositories with liquid or solid mineral oils.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, local reactions (itching and burning of the skin). With prolonged use – weakening of the physiological process of defecation.

Storage method:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 degrees.
