Each tablet contains:
Doxylamine succinate (antihistamine) 10 mg.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 10 mg.
Auxiliary components:
Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, povidone K30, talc, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, simiticon.
Properties:
A combination of pyridoxine, better known as vitamin B6, and doxylamine is effective in treating nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.
Doxylamine succinate is a histamine H1 receptor blocker from the ethanolamine group. It has a sedative, hypnotic, and antiemetic effect.
Has an antiallergic effect. Has m-anticholinergic activity. Duration of action is 6-8 hours.
Indications:
Indicated for toxicosis and nausea in pregnant women.
Method of administration and dosage:
On the first and second days of treatment, take two tablets before bedtime.
Day three and four: 1 tablet in the morning and 2 tablets before bed.
The maximum dose of the drug is 1 tablet 3 times a day.
Take the medicine on an empty stomach.
Contraindications:
The drug Vomibreak is contraindicated for people who are allergic to the ingredients in the drug.
Do not use this medicine in patients who are at risk of respiratory failure or bronchial asthma, or in people with stomach ulcers, duodenal stenosis, or bladder neck obstruction.
This medication is also contraindicated in people taking MAOI inhibitors (some antidepressants), linezolid, or methylene blue.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery:
During the period of doxylamine use, due to possible daytime drowsiness, driving vehicles and other activities that require rapid psychomotor reactions should be avoided.
