Properties:

A combination drug for external use.

Isoconazole is a synthetic imidazole derivative. It has antifungal and antibacterial action. It acts fungicidally and bactericidally. It inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol in fungal cell membranes, causing its death, and blocks the synthesis of bacterial proteins. It is active against dermatophytes (Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp., Epidermophyton spp.), mold, yeast and yeast-like fungi (Candida spp., Pityrosporum orbiculare/ovale), Corynebacterium minutissium (the causative agent of erythrasma), trichomonads and gram-positive bacteria (Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp.).

Diflucortolone valerate is a GCS for external use. It has anti-inflammatory, antiexudative, antiallergic and antipruritic effects.

Indications:

Dermatoses of combined etiology, sensitive to GCS therapy, infected with fungal or bacterial flora.

Fungal skin lesions, including secondary infections, accompanied by pronounced inflammatory or eczema-like symptoms: mycosis of the feet and skin, including localization in folds, interdigital spaces, the area of ​​the external genitalia (including balanoposthitis): microsporia, trichophytosis, rubromycosis, epidermophytosis; candidomycosis; erythrasma.

Method of administration and dosage:

Travodermal is applied in a thin layer to the affected areas of the skin and lightly rubbed in 2 times a day (morning and night). The maximum duration of treatment is 2 weeks.

Contraindications:

-lupus;

-cutaneous manifestations of syphilis;

– viral skin lesions (chickenpox, shingles);

-skin post-vaccination reactions;

-I trimester of pregnancy;

– children under 2 years of age;

– hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Precautions:

The drug is intended for external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes and application to open wounds. If accidentally contacted with eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.

In patients with rosacea or perioral dermatitis, application of the product to the facial skin should be avoided.

Side effects:

The cream is usually well tolerated, even when applied to sensitive skin.

Rare: skin irritation and allergic reactions.

Considering that the preparation contains GCS for external use, when using the cream on large surfaces (more than 10% of the skin surface), for a long time (more than 4 weeks) and/or when using an occlusive dressing, side effects characteristic of GCS may occur: skin atrophy, telangiectasia, striae, acne-like dermatitis, perioral dermatitis, hypertrichosis, as well as systemic side effects (suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system).

Storage method:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 degrees.
