Calcium 150 mg
Magnesium 75 mg
Zinc 3 mg
Vitamin D3 76 IU
Properties:
A combination drug that replenishes the deficiency of calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3; – regulates phosphorus-calcium metabolism. Accelerates bone mineralization and callus formation.
Calcium is involved in the formation of bone tissue, the transmission of nerve impulses, and is necessary to maintain cardiac activity.
Magnesium is involved in the regulation of calcium metabolism, growth and mineralization of bones; – together with vitamin D3, it maintains bone homeostasis.
Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, the process of building bone structure;
-increases the absorption of calcium ions in the intestine, protein synthesis in the small intestine, liver and bones;
– excretion of phosphates by the kidneys. Stimulates DNA synthesis in osteocytes, inhibits osteoclast function and slows down bone tissue involution processes.
Indications:
– prevention of osteoporosis;
– calcium metabolism disorder;
– bone fractures (to speed up healing);
– a period of intensive growth in childhood and adolescence;
– active sports;
– calcium deficiency in food.
Method of administration and dosage:
Adults:
Orally (before or during meals) 2 tsp once a day.
Children (4-12 years):
1-2 tsp once a day.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, hypercalcemia;
Children under 4 years of age.
Precautions:
Use with caution if you have diabetes, as it contains sugar. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
Side effects:
– Sometimes, high calcium carbonate intake may cause constipation.
– Ingestion of magnesium salts may cause gastrointestinal irritation and watery diarrhea.
