Each 2 ml ampoule contains:
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 200 mg
Pyroxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 100mg
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1 mg
Auxiliary components:
Lidocaine hydrochloride, monothioglycerol, water for injection.
Properties:
Complex of B vitamins. Thiamine (B1), pyridoxine (B6) and cyanocobalamin (B12) are neurotropic substances and play an important role as coenzymes in intermediate metabolism occurring in the central and peripheral nervous system.
The use of B vitamins in the form of a complex increases their therapeutic effectiveness, since the effectiveness of the combination exceeds the effectiveness of the individual components.
Indications:
In complex therapy of the following neurological diseases:
– neuritis and neuralgia (neuritis of the facial nerve);
– trigeminal neuralgia; intercostal neuralgia);
– pain syndrome caused by diseases of the spine (lumbosciatica, plexopathy, radicular syndrome caused by degenerative changes in the spine).
Method of administration and dosage:
Doses are prescribed by a doctor.
Neuroton ampoules are recommended to be injected intramuscularly. For severe and mild cases:
2 or 3 ampoules per week.
Contraindications:
– hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Precautions:
If signs of peripheral sensory neuropathy (paresthesia) appear, the dose should be adjusted and, if necessary, the drug should be discontinued.
Side effects:
From the immune system:
– very rare – hypersensitivity reactions such as increased sweating, tachycardia.
Allergic reactions:
– very rare – itching, urticaria, anaphylactic shock.
From the digestive system:
frequency not established – nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain.
Storage method:
In a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees.
