Composition:
Each capsule contains:
Phenylephrine hydrochloride 20 mg
Carbinoxamine maleate 4 mg.
Properties:
A combination drug that has antihistamine, local anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor effects. Reduces the severity of local exudative manifestations, reduces the permeability of the capillaries of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity. Due to phenylephrine, it causes vasoconstriction and reduces swelling of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity. Eliminates rhinitis, burning in the eyes, a feeling of heaviness in the head for 10-12 hours.
Indications:
Acute rhinitis (vasomotor, allergic, infectious and inflammatory); sinusitis; hay fever.
Method of administration and dosage:
Adults over 12 years of age take 1 capsule every 12 hours.
Contraindications:
Arterial hypertension; thyrotoxicosis; pheochromocytoma; closed-angle glaucoma; prostatic hypertrophy; pregnancy; lactation period; children under 12 years of age; hypersensitivity to the components of the combination.
Precautions:
Caution should be exercised in patients with chronic heart and vascular diseases, as well as cardiac arrhythmia.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery:
It should be prescribed with caution to patients engaged in potentially dangerous activities that require increased attention and rapid psychomotor reactions.
Side effects:
From the digestive system: dry mouth mucosa, decreased appetite, dyspepsia.

From the nervous system: dizziness, headache, insomnia, anxiety, lethargy.
From the cardiovascular system: palpitations, cardialgia, increased blood pressure, changes in the peripheral blood picture.
