The antiallergic effect develops within the first 1-3 hours after taking the drug, reaches its maximum within 8-12 hours and lasts for 24 hours. It does not affect the central nervous system (since it does not penetrate the blood-brain barrier) and is not addictive.

Method of administration and dosage:
Orally. Can be used regardless of food intake.

Adults and children over 12 years of age are prescribed 10 mg (1 tablet) once a day.
Pediatric use: for children aged 2 to 12 years, the dose is prescribed depending on weight. If the child’s body weight is more than 30 kg: 10 mg (1 tablet) once a day. If the child’s body weight is 30 kg or less, this dosage form is not suitable, it is recommended to use a medicinal product from another manufacturer that provides a dosage of 5 mg.
